01Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the activities that are not permitted when using HowToBuyFollowers. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and only for accounts and content you own or are authorized to promote.
02Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Services in connection with any of the following:
- Illegal activity — anything that breaks applicable laws or regulations.
- Fraud — deceptive schemes of any kind, including misrepresentation and deceptive advertising.
- Identity theft — impersonating a person or brand, or promoting accounts you do not own or control.
- Scams — phishing, fake giveaways, investment or crypto scams, or any attempt to defraud others.
- Harassment — targeting, bullying, threatening or intimidating any individual or group.
- Spam — unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive engagement, or promoting spam operations.
- Malicious campaigns — content that spreads malware, disinformation, or coordinated harmful behaviour.
- Payment fraud — stolen cards, unauthorized payment methods, or fraudulent chargebacks.
- Abuse of our platform — attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent our systems, limits or security.
Zero tolerance
We do not knowingly support content that endangers or exploits minors, promotes terrorism or violence, or targets people for harm. Such use is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities where required.03Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accounts and content you submit for promotion, and for ensuring your use of the Services complies with the law and with the terms of the platform involved. You must have the right to promote the target you provide.
04Enforcement
If we believe you have breached this AUP, we may — without notice and at our discretion — pause, cancel or refuse orders, suspend or terminate your account, withhold delivery, and where appropriate report the matter to payment providers or authorities. Breaches may also void refund eligibility under our Refund Policy.
05Reporting Abuse
If you believe someone is misusing our Services, please tell us at support@howtobuyfollowers.com. We take reports seriously and investigate credible reports promptly.
