These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HowToBuyFollowers website and the digital marketing services we offer (together, the “Services”). We provide independent social media growth services for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Spotify, Telegram and Discord.

We are an independent provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those platforms. Please read our Disclaimer for details.

By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of the social platform you are promoting.

We deliver measurable engagement — such as followers, likes, views, subscribers and similar metrics — to a public profile, post or channel that you specify. Delivery is carried out through our own systems and third-party delivery networks. The Services are marketing services; they are not a partnership with, or a product of, any social platform.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at support@howtobuyfollowers.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

To place an order you select a service, choose a quantity, and provide the required public link or username for delivery. You are responsible for entering the correct target. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and the order enters our processing queue. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example where fraud is suspected or where an order would breach these Terms.

Payment is due in full at checkout. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors through an encrypted checkout; we do not store full card details on our servers. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Prices are shown on the relevant service pages and may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout. We use all-in pricing and do not add hidden fees. Occasional promotions or discounts are subject to their own conditions.

Prices are displayed exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction unless stated otherwise. Where we are legally required to collect sales tax, VAT or an equivalent, it will be shown before you pay. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you and are not collected by us.

Most orders begin processing within minutes and are delivered gradually to keep growth natural. Estimated timeframes shown on the site are estimates only, not commitments. Eligible services include a refill: if the delivered count drops within the covered window, you may request a top-up. Refill eligibility and conditions — including situations where a refill cannot be applied — are described in full in our Lifetime Refill Policy.

We never ask for your password and you should never share it with us or anyone claiming to represent us. We only need a public link or username to deliver your order. See our No Password Policy.

To deliver a healthy, natural result, orders are subject to reasonable limits. In particular:

• The target profile, post or channel must be public for the entire delivery window.
• The target must exist, be reachable, and not be restricted, suspended or region-blocked.
• You must not change the username or delete the content mid-delivery.
• Orders that are disproportionate to an account's size may be paced or declined.

Social platforms operate independently and may change their features, algorithms, terms and enforcement at any time. Using third-party growth services may carry inherent platform risk, and we cannot control or predict how a platform will treat an account. You use the Services with an understanding of that risk. We are not responsible for actions taken by a platform against your account.

Because our Services are digital and begin processing quickly, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, we protect you against non-delivery and duplicate charges, while orders that have been delivered as described are generally non-refundable. Please read the Refund Policy before ordering.

You may request cancellation of an order before it has entered active delivery. Once delivery has started, cancellation may not be possible because the work is already in progress. Contact support@howtobuyfollowers.com as early as possible if you need to cancel.

If you believe there is a problem with an order, contact us first — we resolve the vast majority of issues quickly. Filing a chargeback for a service that was delivered as described is considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest illegitimate chargebacks with evidence of delivery and to suspend accounts associated with fraudulent disputes.

We use automated and manual checks to detect fraud, including payment fraud and stolen-card use. We may hold, verify, cancel or refuse orders that trigger these checks, and we may share necessary information with payment processors and authorities where required by law.

The website, its design, text, logos and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or create derivative works from the site or Services without our written permission. All third-party platform names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree to use the Services lawfully and only for accounts and content you own or are authorized to promote. Prohibited uses — including illegal activity, fraud, harassment, spam and abuse — are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification — will continue to apply.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular metric, ranking or result will be achieved or maintained.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or platform standing, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HowToBuyFollowers and its officers, employees and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including platform outages or policy changes, network failures, cyber-attacks, acts of government, natural disasters, or other events of force majeure.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may be highlighted on the site. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
